Due to the unique nature of our on-demand production, we do not offer refunds for returned items. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a pair for a different size. In such cases, we're happy to assist you in finding the perfect fit. Please contact us at returns@nooch.earth to initiate an exchange. We will provide you with the necessary address details within 10 working days.
