Dear Nooch Supporters!
It’s May! The month in which we had expected to be able to deliver our very first Nooch trainers ever. To you!
We’ve done everything we could to make this happen – we’ve given it 100 per cent!
BUT: We’ve had news from Portugal and a problem has cropped up.
Of course, we carefully tested all the materials in the lab on the production samples to ensure we deliver the highest quality. Everything was absolutely fine!
However, when moving on to the actual production process, it turned out there was a problem with the soles.
We’ve been in close contact with Portugal. The good news is: there is NO problem with the quality of the material. (YES!)
HOWEVER: Something isn’t quite right in the production process when it comes to processing the soles, and they don’t know exactly what it is. The people at the factory in Portugal are also helping to find a solution.
We’re currently working hard on a solution. To be honest, we don’t know at this stage how much longer this will take. And so we don’t know when we’ll be able to deliver the shoes either – quite a setback to deal with!
What we CAN promise is that as soon as we know more, we’ll let you know straight away.
We naturally hope with all our hearts that, as fellow pioneers in this process, you can see the ‘charm’ in the downs as well as the ups. And that you’re still just as excited about your order as you were when you placed it. Even though it’s currently uncertain when you’ll have your Nooch trainers on your feet. Please let us know if you feel differently!
