Delivery and Execution

6.1. Nooch values your time, and we aim to deliver your order promptly. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 12-14 weeks, unless otherwise agreed upon.

6.2. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will be fully charged during the checkout process.

6.3. While we do our best to provide estimated delivery dates, please note that these are indicative and not strict deadlines.

6.4. Your order will be delivered to the address you specify during the checkout process.

6.6. In the event of any delivery delays, rest assured that we will notify you within 30 days of placing your order.

6.7. The responsibility for any potential damage or loss of products lies with Nooch until delivery to you or your pre-designated representative, unless otherwise agreed upon.

6.8. Until all outstanding debts for your current and previous orders are paid in full, in accordance with Article 3:92 of the Dutch Civil Code, the products you've ordered remain the property of Nooch.
